With our 100% guarantee, you’ll be reimbursed in the rare event that a caterer isn’t able to service your event and a suitable replacement agreed upon.
Our 100% Service Guarantee
The Rotating Chefs Guarantee provides protection in case the food truck vendor you book with us is unable to service your event. Refunds are subject to certain conditions and limitations. For full details, please check out our Guarantee FAQ section below.
The Rotating Chefs 100% Service Guarantee: If on the day of your event, the booked food truck fails to appear at your event without 24 hours’ prior notice to you or your Rotating Chefs event specialist, and we cannot find a suitable replacement, you will be entitled to a full refund of your total payment, excluding sales tax (if applicable).
What’s Not Covered
The Rotating Chefs Service Guarantee does not apply in certain cases, such as:
- The party booking the event fails to secure proper permissions or permits for the food truck to operate at the catering location.
- The event is cancelled or delayed due to unforeseen reasons such as weather or other incidents outside of the caterer’s control.
- The party booking the event fails to provide a proper space for the food truck to operate safely and securely.

Frequently Asked Questions About the Rotating Chefs 100% Service Guarantee.
Q: How does the guarantee process work?
A: If the food truck you booked through Rotating Chefs fails to appear at your event and does not give you or your Rotating Chefs Event Specialist 24 hours’ notice, and we cannot find you a suitable replacement, we will give you 100% of your money back.
Q: What do we do if the food truck doesn’t show up?
A: In the event that the food truck does not appear during the scheduled time, please contact your Rotating Chefs event specialist by email and phone. We will respond back as soon as we get your message.
Q: If we qualify for a refund, who do we request that?
A: A request for the 100% refund must be made within five business days by contacting your Rotating Chefs event specialist by email or phone. and will generally be issued within 30 days of request.
Q: How long will it take for my refund request to be processed?
A: You should receive your refund within 30 days of the request.
Q: I’ve never done food truck catering before, what could possibly go wrong?
A: While instances of non-service are rare, food trucks can experience issues with traffic, engine problems, kitchen issues, and other unforeseen technical issues. If any such day-of issues occur, our catering partners will normally communicate quickly and effectively to us about the issue so we can address it without any disruption to your event.
Q: Can I refuse a replacement and get the guarantee?
A: If we find a suitable replacement that costs within 20% of your food truck, AND you do not approve the replacement, we will refund you 100% of the payment.
